At the University of Cape Town in South Africa, fate brought us together. It was a sunny day filled with the excitement and anticipation of new beginnings as we stood in line to sign up for university accommodation. Little did we know, this seemingly ordinary moment would mark the start of an extraordinary journey. As we exchanged smiles and a few words, a connection sparked that would grow into a love story for the ages

After university, our careers took us to different parts of the world. I was based in the U.A.E., while she remained in Cape Town. Despite the distance, our love grew stronger as we visited each other, creating cherished memories in both places. Eventually, we relocated back to Dar es Salaam, where we continued to grow together, supporting and witnessing each other's journey to becoming who we are today.

Cape Town holds a special place in our hearts as the city where our journey began and where we created countless cherished memories. We often visit to walk down memory lane, but our last trip was extra special. To her surprise, during this visit, I popped the big question. And, as you can guess, she said yes!

Following our engagement, we embraced the cherished traditions of our culture, which included the important dowry ceremony. This meaningful event, rich with history and symbolism, set everything in motion for our wedding day.

The Adventures have taken us from mountain peaks to sun-soaked beaches, where we savored every moment of the journey. We've wandered through national parks and explored new countries, embracing new cultures and the thrill of discovery. As we embark on our greatest adventure (marriage) we carry these memories with us, excited for all the experiences yet to come.
